Aloxi

Aloxi also known as Palonosetron is used to treat nausea and vomiting. This medication is an antiemetic and antinauseant agent. Aloxi injection is colorless and clear and used intravenous. The composition of Aloxi contains palonosetron base, palonosetron hydrochloride, mannitol, and disodium edetate and citrate buffer. You can get this drug in store as 5ml of 1.5ml vials. But before using this, you need to know the various side effects related to Palonosetron.

Aloxi Allergic Reaction:

Patients who get allergic reaction to this injection should get emergency medical help. Some of the basic side effects are breathing problem, swelling of tongue, throat, lips and facial area. Other side effects are feeling of tiredness, constipation, and headache. Hence, before taking this injection, the patient requires to follow some precautions. Always inform your doctor whether you can face any-type of allergic reaction while taking this drug. Make sure to talk to your doctor, before using Aloxi.
